Good afternoon we are with a customer in Kineton Between Warwick and Banbury, The customer has reported a problem on one of their computers in which each time their antivirus removes a Trojan virus it keeps reappearing on their computer after it has been shut down or rebooted.
After editing the registry, deleting the temporary files and clearing the cache we ran a Malwarebytes Scan which found and removed the files which were causing the Trojan virus to reappear.
We are now with a customer on Warwick New Road at Leamington Spa in Warwickshire, we are here to help support the customer who has had a virus issue and can now not install a wireless adaptor.
Update: The virus had effected the exe file association so we edited the registry, installed the wireless adaptor, upgraded the antivirus and installed Open Office.
We are with Paul Swanson Guitar Tuition at Greville Road on the Emscote in Warwick, we are here because the customer has reported that their MSI Notebook computer is running very slowly.
Update after removing 10 entries from the registry, we removed several toolbars and unneeded programs, found and removed a Trojan Vundo virus and other malware , updated the antivirus to AVG 2012 and flash to the latest version.
We went to Hampton Magna in Warwickshire on Tuesday the 21st of April for a computer repair, to find a Trojan virus that was designed to scare users in to paying for a fake police fine (also known as ransomware), pretty easy to remove but took about an hour with updating the antivirus to a newer version and checking all clear.

Good Morning, Today we are starting on a Desktop PC at Warwickgates. This PC was dead with no power so first of all we tried a new Power Supply Unit which resulted in no change so at this point we changed tactic and removed the video card and memory boards gave them a clean and retested still the same no power, next was to reseat the processor this fixed the machine and it was able to run. (if it had not worked it could have been a faulty memory stick processor or even the mother board and because of the age would probably have been uneconomic to repair).
Although the machine was now working this was not the end as it seemed some one had been playing on less reputable sites and had filled the machine with malware so much so that the machine ran like an old 286( the PC was running extremely slow), so we cleaned up the machine and got it running much better.
This afternoon we have 2 customers in warwick for the first we had broadband trouble. and the second one we had a machine that was running slow so we performed a malware scan and removed a trojan virus.

This Morning we are in Royal Leamington Spa removing several Trojan virus and other malware from a Desktop PC.
Now we are in Warwick to remove a fake antivirus from a Laptop computer called My Security Shield, It is believed the customer may have click a link on an email and the only thing this software does is to try to take money from the customer for its use. We edited the registry and removed this Fake Antivirus before scanning with Malwarebytes to make sure all clean then updated the computers antivirus and firewall security.
Good Morning Today we have been at a customers in Warwick removing a root kit and Trojan Viruses from a Sony Laptop Computer.
This one created a fake SVC host file Called VzCdbSVC which we had to disable before we could remove. and checked all clean with a malwarebytes scan.

The problem on this computer is that it is running slow so we will check the registry run a virus scan and run a Malwarebytes scan to make sure the machine is clean.
It is also worth checking the fan on the processor is not clogged up with dust hair and carpet as this will raise the processor temperature which on the better processors higher temperature equals slow the processor down to compensate.
For the last job today we are in Warwick to Examine a computer that is blue screening, After investigation we find that there is a Trojan horse virus on the computer, and after removal every thing is working fine again.

We are now with South Warwickshire Electrical Services on the All Saints Road in Warwick, We are here because the customer has reported that his computer is running slow and is intermittently rebooting, This one was not booting up to start with and needed a recovery performing on the hard drive before we started, this allowed us to start up the computer and we could then edit the registry , Remove a number of Tool bars , Removed any unneeded programs such as Google Desktop , as well as removing the Trojans, Viruses and other Malware including the removal off conime.exe, backdoor.bot, sdra64.exe.

For the Last job today we are in Radford Semele to repair a computer that has not been powering up, as well as fixing the computer we also updates the Antivirus and installed a new Nikon Camera.

The Problem here was two fold in that the fan on the processor was clogged with a few years or dirt and carpet which increased the temperature , and the other was a Trojan Virus that was stealing the rest of the processor time, The End Result is a machine that functions much better.

Update this one had a piece of Malware that calls it’s self Registry Optimizer in the add remove programs list it was only part of the issue but pretty much any thing that claims to optimize or speed up your computer is to be distrusted unless proven otherwise.
