We went to Whitnash near Leamington Spa on Tuesday the 21st of Feburary for a computer repair, to find a Trojan virus that was designed look like a police fine to scare users in to paying for a fake fine, Pretty easy to remove it took about an hour with updating the antivirus to a newer version and checking all clear happily virus removal a success.
This morning we are with a customer at Wasperton near Barford in Warwickshire, We are here because the customer has reported that there computer was running slow, On examination it was found that a number of Trojan Viruses had infected their computer system we removed these using Malwarebytes anti-malware software, edited the registry and ran a virus scan to check.
Now I am happy to report that the computer is now running normally.
We are currently with a customer in Barford, We are here to check a 0x800CCC0F error issue with the Emails on the customers computer.
Update on this one it Turned out to be a Trojan virus and other malware that needed removing from the computer
