We are now back with the customer on Croft Close off of the Myton Road in Warwick to complete a previously started repair, The new hard drive has arrived which we install in to the Sony Vaio VGN-FW21M laptop computer, Reinstalled Windows Vista from the customers recovery DVD, Installed the customers software, Installed Antivirus, Setup the Wireless for internet and email access, and installed the customers Printer.

Good Morning we are with a customer on Beauchamp Road in Warwick, we are here to Set up a new computer system, This entails Installing the computer with any of the customers software that is required, Installing the Netgear ADSL Wireless Router, Protecting the computer with antivirus and firewall, setting up the emails and internet, Retrieving data from a 3.5″ IDE hard drive from the old computer including My Documents(The advantage of doing this was that we did not have to repair the existing computer plus usually quicker), Pictures, Music, Emails and address book, as well as installing viewers for Powerpoint, and installing the 2 Printers here (one Brother Laser printer and one HP multifunction inkjet).
