This morning i have a computer in Warwick with no power getting to the machine. After checking the fuses (by the way its almost never the fuses or the power switch) and the mains , We put a new power supply unit in to the machine and tested it , This was all that was needed on this machine but a simular set of faults are apparent when the motherboard, processor or memory simm boards have a fault.
Good afternoon, We are now with a customer in Wasperton, We are here to solve an issue with an older computer and a network printer installed here, as well as basic computer support such as checking the antivirus and other security updates have all been done.
For the last job today, We are with a customer in Warwick to repair a computer. The fault here is the computer is not Booting up.
We are currently with a customer in Barford, We are here to check a 0x800CCC0F error issue with the Emails on the customers computer.
Update on this one it Turned out to be a Trojan virus and other malware that needed removing from the computer
