This Morning we are with a customer in Kenilworth, The customers Computer is not starting correctly and failing to boot up.
What had happened here was the processor had got to hot and started to shut down, which meant it had got so slow the computer had failed to shut down correctly before the power had gone when the customer attempted to power down, so we cleaned up the Heat sink on the processor and ran a repair on the hard drive and left the machine in a working state backing up the data in case any further issues arise.
